Tobias Wong likes a spin. He converted the Bubble Club Chair by Philippe Starck into a lamp; as a response to his frustration towards the title of Karim Rashid’s book ‘I Want to Change the World’, he ironically made a gun out of slashed out pages. Revamping is Tobias’s strength. Never one to discover the latest technique or material, he is all about resurrecting existing objects. His latest output, ‘Light Switch’, once a simple device from the hardware store is now made wireless and always handy.
