WERSTATT:MÜENCHEN is founded by Klaus Lohmeyer in 1997. Limited to one collection annually, he considers his pieces to be season-less. They are for everyday, but it snowing or boiling hot outside; whether the occasion is a candle-lit dinner or car fixing session.
All WERSTATT:MÜENCHEN pieces are handmade and portray a sense of honesty, simplicity and contrast. Dents left by tools are incorporated into a design (honesty); basic shapes and proportions (simplicity); pairing perfectly polished interior with raw exterior covered with hammer marks (contrast).
‘4 RING COMBINATION’ is composed of four rings vary in width and size. Packaged in raw cardboard box labeled with fading ‘WERSTATT:MÜENCHEN’, the Munich-origin accessories label is as intriguing as it seems.
