SILLY THING and the Tokyo-based label JAM HOME MADE & ready made have been collaborating since 2006. With SILLY THING being the only collaborator outside Japan, their seasonal output — be it necklace, pendant or wallet are extremely well received. The Skull pendant is inspired by tempura and made in silicon (same material as food model often displayed outside Japanese eateries). The skull, however, is hidden inside the ‘tempura’ silicon layer.

Just before the Valentine’s day, JAM HOME MADE & ready made launched another two versions — cream-wrapped ‘Heart’ pendant and chocolate-wrapped ‘Smoke’ pendant. The latest versions are also made in silicon and highly accessible. The curious combination of material results in surprising effect. Each of these necklaces is individually packaged in the tailor-made felt bag inside a small glass bottle.
