Miuccia Prada disposes the soft touch for her A/W09 menswear, with a palette of grey and black firmly in place. Chunky knit, wool and leather are the material of choice in this ‘Leather and Metal’ collection, with studs being the focal point throughout shirt, trousers, coat and leather shoes.
Known for experimental textiles, Prada does not disappoint with the use of studs in the new menswear collection. Apply to stabilize a garment’s shape as well as being a unit which forms a pattern (on T-shirts), Prada yet again demonstrates its magnificent approach and unique aesthetic.
