Since 1994, Supreme has gone from a downtown shop to the shooting star streetwear label. The rest is now history, as they say. Supreme is significant in promoting New York street culture, engaging an audience from a variety of cultural background.
Art book publisher Rizzoli, also founded in New York, published A Bathing Ape book in 2009. It has recently announced the plan to publish Supreme Book. There will be feature written by Aaron Bondaroff a.k.a. A-Ron (one of the original member of supreme), as well as a rare conversation between Kaws and James Jebbia. What’s more, an archive of all collaboration projects advertisement and its product catalogue. The volume is bound to recall a vivid New York at a time in place.
304 pages, hard cover with ‘Supreme Box’ logo printed on top, ‘Supreme’ is one not to be missed by American East Coast street culture fans alike. It is now available online on Supreme official web store.
