Computer-generated Imagery is vital to contemporary film-making as well as box office. WETA, founded by Peter Jackson ‘Lord of the Rings’ director from New Zealand, is renowned for its professional props design and special effects.
WETA is known for its involvement with award-winning film productions such as ‘Lord of the Rings’ series, ‘King Kong’, ‘The Chronicles of Narnia’, ‘District 9’ and ‘Avatar’. Its store specializes in collectables such as film character figures and props models. The magnificent craftsmanship allows fans to reminisce their favourite films and characters in a private space and time. Excellently exectued and limited editions, they make wonderful additional to any private collections.
The first WETA guerilla store at Hong Kong Cyberport has already been and gone, but the collectable items are still available to be purchased at The Weta Cave (New Zealand) and its official online store.
