PANASONIC
LUMIX G FISHEYE 8MM F3.5 &
LUMIX FZ DMC-FZ100
Photographer tells a story through camera lens, with a unique perspective being the key. The easily interchangeable Micro 4/3 camera has achieved fanfare for this very purpose. The quality of a print is partly pre-destined by the lens ─ Panasonic is launching Lumix G Fisheye 8mm F3.5 lens with interchangeable ‘fish-eye’ view. The extra-wide 180 degrees lens is perfect for creating special effects and surrealistic composition.
Compatible with the Micro 4/3 format, this lens is the lightest in the world (comparing with those in the same category). The ED glass provides the best quality in extra low dispersion ─ enabling the camera to focus on objects as near as 0.1 meter, the components and internal focus utilize the lens function and portability to its max.
The latest in Lumix FZ series is DMC-FZ100 ─ with its Leica DC Vario-Elmarit 25mm lens, the 24x optical zoom increases flexibility in capturing images. ‘Motion deblur’ is the key new function, with the processor automatically judging the speed of objects and altering the shutter setting accordingly. The newly increased 11fps – 60fps burst speed and QVGA format (240 × 320) 220fps high speed for films equip the photographers out there to capture precious moments.
