250TH LIMITED COLOR PENCIL BOX
German art material manufacturer Faber-Castell launched the first-ever branded pencil in 1761, and went into production in the same year. The company grew and developed the item as a classic product of German craftsmanship. This year marks the two hundred fiftieth anniversary of Faber-Castell, and the launch of its 1,761 units limited edition box set.
The handcrafted dark brown wooden box is paired with leather wrapped metal handle. A security closure and individual code come with each set. The five-drawer box is filled with crayons, porcelain water pot, eraser pencil, art eraser and more; a complete set of colour pencils are placed alongside each other; 120 Polychromos artist’s pastel, pastel pencil 60 Pitt, 8B-6H of 15 Castell 9000 black-lead pencils and the renowned 120 Polychromos artist’s colour pencils and 120 Albrecht Dürer watercolour pencils are all made with high density pigment, making the artistic marks last for several decades.
