The founder tasted a cheese cake in Canada, so unforgettable that he insists on making cheese cakes with the freshest and artificial-addictives-free ingredients. After tireless trials and development, the result is finally ready and proudly presented to all.
Taking inspiration from different cities –New York is densely populated, quick pace and energetic, therefore New York Cheesecake is the most full flavoured (out of the four); Sydney is famous for the streamlined opera house, as well as Port Jackson. Sydney Cheesecake is moist and velvety, with substantial cake base in a golden shade; Kyoto is tranquil and soulful, therefore Kyoto White Cheesecake translates these qualities into a light and crispy texture, with cherry-blossom-petal-like red berry flavour. The shop also offers signature sauces such as Strawberry Brandy and Mixed Berry Red Wine, perfectly complimentary to cheesecake of your choice.
