Founded in the 19th century, French luxury fashion house Lanvin was originally set up by Jeanne Lanvin. The fashion house is renowned for its fashion, perfume and accessory collections. A brand new window display has just been set up at the ifc mall storefeaturing oversize gift boxes, signature black ribbon, and scissors as key props – as imagined by the beloved head designer Alber Elbaz. Made to look exactly the same as the Paris flag ship store, the window display at Hong Kong store changes every two months. To celebrate the opening of autumn/winter season, the September display is a stylish statement consisted of oversize gift boxes-one printed with the label’s name on the left, complete with black ribbon to highlight the label’s logo; the right side of the display is also covered with oversize gift boxes, with a puppet wearing the latest collection standing next to it, holding a pair of black scissors – an improvisation by Alber Elbaz himself. The adorable display is now recreated in the Hong Kong store for local customers.
